The Ideal Customer Experience Team, comprised of staff from the BWH Department of Human Resources, is preparing to pilot the HR Road Show—a semi-monthly opportunity for employees to meet with HR representatives on the hospital’s main campus.
“We realize that it is not always possible for employees to easily travel to the Human Resources offices at 10 Brookline Place,” said John Lew, director of Employment Services, BWH Department of Human Resources. “The HR Road Show is a way to bring HR directly to the employees, providing them with the opportunity to meet face-to-face with our staff and take care of their HR needs.”
The HR Road Show will begin on Thursday, March 11, and will continue on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month moving forward. Three representatives from Human Resources—a generalist, staffing specialist and assistant—will be available to answer questions, assist with benefits and help in the completion of paperwork outside the Cafeteria from 7 to 8:30 a.m., and again from 2 to 3:30 p.m. to accommodate all shifts. Various HR documents, such as tax and change of address forms, will also be available for pick-up during these times.
“The team is committed to improving customer service and redefining the service we provide,” added Lew. “We hope, by taking this proactive approach and bringing HR on-campus twice a month, we can better serve our most important customers—BWH employees.”
